Add a Ratings API

Mobile platforms such as iOS, and Android have an API that allows developers request customers to leave a review, as well as the ability to do it immediately, from a pop up within the app. This functionality within the FitbitOS SDK would be desirable, as it would make it easier to collect a wide variety of opinions.

They recently released something like that with a 5 star rating. Still can’t leave comments, but a step in the right direction for sure.
