Seems there is a problem with the delivery of pages from https://gam.fitbit.com where pages often fail to display first time.
This may be due to an issue with the api.fitbit.com token processing or underlying accounts.fitbit.com causing bad response or delays on the servers.
It may possibly impact any service [such as app syncing] if it originates from accounts.fitbit.com, resulting in intermittent failures and unexpected results to calls.

It seems the GAM access is permanently inaccessible. While it may be only person,location or device based, the cause may impact other areas.

Incidentally there is no indication of this ongoing GAM outage (or any side affects) on the Fitbit Status Dashboard
