Hello.
App clockface (SDK 5) on Fitbit Sense watch cannot be installed the first time. This is the error that appears on the Sense watch screen when installing the app: 'Clock Error. Go to the Fitbit mobile app and try another clock' https://www.screencast.com/t/kwxNUYuN It takes 4-5 tries to install the app on Sense. In the simulator (on Windows OS) from studio.fitbit.com it is possible to install the app after 'build'. When 'build' happens in Studio, the app appears immediately in the simulator. The reason is not clear why this error appears when installing the app on Sense watch. Please help solve this problem. Maybe there are some debugging options to install the app from gallery.fitbit.com to figure out what the problem might be?

@Gondwana Hello. Thank you for your participation in my question. Can you please tell me how to approve with Fitbit the possibility to use in clockface AOD? I see in this discussion that there is no description of the
of the approval process? https://community.fitbit.com/t5/SDK-Development/How-to-submit-a-clockface-with-AOD-for-review/m-p/46...
Who do I contact to get Fitbit to consider using an AOD in clockface and activate the AOD for clockface? The live-chat specialist directed me to http://community.fitbit.com/t5/SDK-Development/bd-p/sdk
What I see in this question is that the applications are somehow sent somewhere for approval https://community.fitbit.com/t5/SDK-Development/Clockface-Approvals/m-p/4725660 But how exactly?
Is it possible for the clockface to be 'private' in order to approve the clockface AOD or do I have to send it for 'review' before approving it for use in the clockface AOD? https://www.screencast.com/t/7e24WUuU
Best AnswerI think the arrangement explained here is still current; ie, Fitbit approaches selected developers and offers it to them.
As far as I know, there's no other way to get AOD things running on real watches.
