We are creating an Android App, we need to get user live or daily data from Fitbit watch, please guide me the best practice to achieve this task.

The best way would be via the Fitbit Web API. https://dev.fitbit.com/build/reference/web-api/

 

There can be a delay of up to 15 minutes in the data, depending on when the user syncs.
