Hello, I have developed an app on Fitbit Ionic and Versa to measure movement parameters in ataxia patients. I no longer have access to the app. The login credentials no longer work and it is marked as unavailable on the Fitbit app store. How can I get my app back? It was being used in a clinical trial so I have lost a lot of precious data.

You may need to email developer support. The email address is available within GAM. If you can't log in to GAM any more, let me know here.
