Cannot launch Fitbit Studio (Browser)

When I go to studio.fitbit.com, after I passed authentication and others, the screen only shows a spinner ("Here we go"), and nothing happens afterwards.

 

Seems that it happened before (https://community.fitbit.com/t5/SDK-Development/Unable-to-start-Fitbit-Studio/td-p/4213917), or is it just me?

Hi @im_chc  - it can happen from time to time, even on Firefox.

 

Try removing the site cookies and logout, if you can find a way,  possibly go to GAM and logout there, and restart the browser.

 

It seems to get stuck after logging in, gets into some limbo state occasionally.

 

A fresh login often clears it.

That happens for me using MS Edge, which used to work fine. So now I use FireFox. That still works.

Thanks, it worked, I go to Chrome's settings -> Privacy and Security -> Site settings -> fitbit.com + accounts.fitbit.com -> Clear data

I can see my projects now
