Contact Review Team on Fitbit Clock Submission

I received a template reply from the Review Team. I want contact the review team (or is it just a AI?) to find out more about a submission that has been turned down. It doesn't seem to make sense comparing an simple digital clock face with an analog clock with special effect animations. How can I reach the reviewer that does the review?

It shouldn't be, but the review team are trying to limit the amount of clocks which are almost identical, and occaisionally some get incorrectly flagged.

I'm interested in the outcome of this. Is it now unacceptable to have separate analogue and digital clockfaces on the same theme?

 

My settings pages tend to be cluttered with options already!

Is it possible to contact the review team. I also had a submission rejected. It wasn't a new submission it was an update to a face that I already have in the gallery. I moved the date over 20px and included the versa lite as far as available devices. 

 

The rejection said that the trail period and cost was not in the description, when it was in the description. Is there an alternative to submitting the update again for review and waiting the 4-5 days again just for an update?
