I've sent an email to the app gallery support email and haven't heard anything. I've sent an update to a watch face I have on the gallery on September 20, 2025, still no movement.
Is anyone else seeing this also? I know it gets busy around this time of year, but a month out?

Hi @JamesF510 - it seems they no longer respond to emails, I never got a response to any emails I sent this year, though the submission did get processed in the end, in June, so things may have degraded since.
The best way to see if there is any activity is to monitor recently added clocks and apps in the Gallery.
There are currently no recently added apps and only 18 clocks (though all are paid clocks faces which may be processed differently), so it seems like there is still some activity, as they stay for about 2 weeks before no longer being considered recent.

Best AnswerWhat a bummer. We had a good thing going until Google bought them out. I had a feeling things would be absorbed and degraded when they officially took over.
I appreciate the response and hints to look out for. Sounds like this gig is pretty much over.
Quick update. The watch face update I had was approved today. That was 1 month and a day. Not sure if posting on here did the trick or not, but there you go.

@JamesF510 - thanks, and good to know that updates are still possible even if it is not as professional as it once was in the days when they bothered to respond to emails, it gave a much better impression of interest in your work and their own Fitbit products which the Gallery helps sell.

Best AnswerAbsolutely agree. It feels like they put one or two people in charge of monitoring the Fitbit gallery every couple of weeks now. Definitely not like it used to be.
