I am trying to access the Fitbit Studio – but it never loads. It just constantly says "Here we go... checking login" and never progresses past it. I've tried different browsers, different times of day, etc., and nothing seems to work. What am I missing?

I recognise this problem. Sometimes the connection won't complete. Luckily it will after a few minutes or after a complete shutdown.
Try to login to the fitbit dashboard of community. This is not the solution, but maybe a workaround.
