Fitbit loses peer socket

I am running clock face app that syncing the data to the companion and it has to run 24/7 base. However, fitbit sometimes loses their peer connection (I am not sure if it is about peer connection). After i turn on the other app and off, it work normally again.

 

Does anyone know how to keep fitbit working without being lost(or inactivated)?

Hello @strmng! It means the Fitbit app was force closed or it lost connection so the device can't connect to the companion. To fix this keep your Fitbit device synced and connected.
