It depends on the watch, and whether you're using Studio or CLI.

Enable developer bridge on watch (in settings) and, if you have a companion or settings, in Fitbit app on phone/tablet. Then, in the Studio menu, select your watch (and maybe phone/tablet). Finally, click Run.
