I've tried two different computers, Windows 10 and Windows 11. I've tried Edge and Chrome. I can log in but cannot drag and drop files. It will be stuck on "Transferring moving your files" forever and never progress. I've tried logging out and logging back in.

I don't use studio, so don't know about its default behaviour. Wonder whether cut/paste or copy/paste might do as workaround 🤔

I'm able to drag-and-drop on Windows 10 using Chrome with a jpg file, but I'm unable to do this on Chrome OS (my preferred laptop) and I have read that it doesn't work on Mac either.
It would be great if Fitbit Studio could add a context menu option for "upload file" and include a file picker which would greatly improve compatibility considering Fitbit Studio is not otherwise OS-dependent.
