Making a trainer app that requires live HRV and HR data from watch.

Dear support and dev community,

I am making a mobile training app and need to get live HRV, HR and SPO2 data from the watch. What is the best way to do this.

The watch (device) SDK only provides HR. SPO2 and HRV may be available from the Web API, but not in real time.
