Mixed Text Component

In the CSS guide, under the Horizontal Text Alignment section, it says:

For vertical text alignment, see the Mixed Text Component.

Clicking that link takes me to the SVG guide, but there is no Mixed Text component there.

Can you provide any information on this mysterious component? I'd like to vertically align some text.
