Not getting webhook calls with new user data

We have 2 server applications connected via webhooks.
These two applications are expected to get Webhook calls one for our DEV environment and the other one for our PROD environment.

Recently the PROD server app stopped receiving webhook calls, while the DEV one kept working fine and receiving webhooks as soon as there is new data for users.

Anyone with any ideas what could be wrong?

This setup worked for us for quite some time now. Just stopped working 3 days ago.
