A user reported the following issue with his Ionic:
I can do nothing with my watch.
It shows the locked up face and not button works.
My phone can not sync with the watch.
What is the best procedure to help - just a restart of the Ionic using the left and lower right button?
What can be the reason - memory overflow?
Is it a known issue?

Yes, press and hold the BACK and DOWN buttons until it restarts.
If the problem persists, they should try with one of the default clocks such as Gauges.
If the problem still persists, they should contact customer services.
