Screen ratio of Fitbit OS Simulator different from real Ionic

I am enjoying the Fitbit OS Simulator a lot but comparing the displayed result with my Fitbit Ionic I got the impression that the aspect ratio of the simulator is different from my watch. So I tried to take measurements of the screens and here is what I came up with:

Please be advised that those measurements are supplied without liability and may contain a fault tolerance of approx. 1 mm.

  1. Fitbit Ionic:
    • Width: 3 cm
    • Height: 2.1 cm
    • Aspect Ratio: ~ 1.4286
  2. Fitbit OS Simulator on HP Spectre x360 @1920x1080
    • Width: 5.3 cm
    • Height: 3.8 cm
    • Aspect Ratio: ~ 1.3947
  3. Fitbit OS Simulator on Desktop PC with Samsung S27E391 @1920x1080
    • Widht: 10.8 cm
    • Height: 7.7 cm
    • Aspect Ratio: ~ 1.4026
  4. Expected ratio as of announced specs
    • Width: 348 pixel
    • Height: 250 pixel
    • Aspect Ratio: 1.392

Comparing those results I understood that the Simulator is showing the actual resolution correctly as both my Laptop monitor (2.) as well as my Desktop monitor (3.) are rather close to the actual display resolution of 348:250 (4.). But it seems that the real Ionic watch (1.) has a somewhat stretched display.

Could someone tell my which display resolution I'd have to use the Simulator with to get closer to the final/real outcome?
