Screenshot Update

When trying to update screenshots in a published app/face the GAM appears to update.

 

You press the save button and when you refresh GAM (or leave and come back) the screenshots have all reverted.

 

Is this a known issue? - is there a workaround to be able to update screenshots?

The page is a bit funky. Screenshots need to be approved. When you upload new ones, you should see a message on the page saying that they'll be reviewed. Wait until that message goes away (which may be a day or two). Unfortunately, you won't get an email notification when the review is complete.

I thought that, but I don't seem to get the prompt about review.

 

I changed descriptions in the past (to add a new language) so I know the message you are talking about....but that doesn't seem to show for images.

When i changed the description i got this. (and the descriptions say "Description in review. It will be applied once our team approves it.")

When I change the screenshots, I literally get nothing & when I reload GAM, all screenshots are reverted rather than "pending"

 

Is there a support email address or some way to contact the fitbit dev team to get them to update my screenshots?
If not, I would love the screenshots on https://gallery.fitbit.com/details/7c4f7506-8ed8-4eb9-84e3-28b85671f26b to be updated with the files in zip https://filebin.net/2mpv1cvugoe5gfvx 🙂

Hi @BlythMeister - had the same problem. It was due to not having 5 screenshots - the change wasn't being sent for review.

However it was fixed for my clock face, so maybe it's a per clock face issue, unless of course you have 5.

 

The other thing is all changes submitted revert back to the original if you refresh the screen. However there should be an Assets submitted message at the top pending - in my case it wasn't appearing.

I have 5.

But some of them don't have any (because they use the common for screen size)
