Hello everyone, I've ended up posting here because I'm not sure how to contact the Fitbit App Gallery Review Team to receive additional help.
I've tried to publish my clockface twice now, but they keep rejecting it saying my "screenshots don't reflect what is on the clockface". This is confusing because I took all of the screenshots using their tool and the Fitbit OS Simulator. To my knowledge, my screenshots are exactly what I see in the simulator.
The link to my clockface is https://gallery.fitbit.com/details/2de3eea9-d4a7-452e-b947-df952c53cc60. Can anyone tell me what is wrong with it? What change do I need to make to get this approved?

It looks like the background image is failing to load.
One thing to check, did you actually scale the image to 300x300? If you didn't the device doesn't have the memory required to resize it.

Best AnswerI didn't! Thank you for your help. Is there a way to specify different images for different kinds of watches?
