So I am a developer trying to use the Fitbit os simulator, I downloaded the new one, and it won’t work. Please help.

Apparently there are quite a number of issues with the new simulator, I am running it on WIndows 7, it occasionally crash and cannot restart unless I restart the computer. The cycle-view also does not work on Ionic but works on Versa all versions. Also gets build errors many times and have to run the simulator again. I guess we are not only developers but also beta testors for Fitbit.

How is it not working? does it crash after launch?

or does it say "Dang, Simulator failed to start"?

no, it just wont start. i've redowloaded it, but it wont work.
