Sync after using IDE?

I tried the example (red clock) in the IDE, but now I can't get the Ionic to sync with my phone.

 

I've gone into the Ionic settings and disconnected from the server.

 

I've also rebooted the phone and the Ionic but it still won't sync.

 

Suggestions?

I had similar problems, a reboot/reset up of the watch sorted it (possibly with deleting the phone's bluetooth to the watch as well).
