Use Fitbit products with my (desktop) app

I’m asking if it's possible to use Fitbit flex or Fitbit charge to be part of my desktop app? 

Not phone app.. Exactly with ”matlab” software. 

I don't need any data collected by Fitbit. 

Just what I need is a Fitbit product be ready to vibrate based on desktop app condition. 

In other words, I’ll process signals in Matlab then at specific condition I need Matlab sends command to Fitbit product to vibrate. 

Is that possible? 

And how?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to directly connect to Fitbit devices via bluetooth. All data is available via our Web API though. https://dev.fitbit.com/build/reference/web-api/
