Hi,
When I'm trying the sensor example on fitbit studio on my fitbit Versa 3, it does not show the gyroscope, nor the orientation sensor. As far as I'm aware they are somewhat similar to one another and if the gyroscope is not found, neither will the orientation sensor.
After some code alteration, I've noted the gyroscope is simply not found.
I've read up on the product and as far as I'm aware, it does have a gyroscope.
Can someone please help me?
Thanks in advance,
Andrecator
P.S.: I'm not using a simulated Versa 3, but a physical one.

Hello, I am having the same issue. Did you figure out why?

Versa 3 doesn't have a gyroscope, and I think that orientation info is derived from gyroscope data.

Hi Gondwana,
according to the documentation in
https://dev.fitbit.com/build/guides/sensors/gyroscope/
It says
"Note: Only the Fitbit Ionic, Fitbit Versa, and Fitbit Sense contain a gyroscope sensor."
Is Versa different from Versa 3?
Is the documentation wrong?
Do any of the devices have a gyroscope?
Best regards

Versa is a different watch to Versa 3.
