I just bought 2 Versa 4 to replace the Versa 2 that my wife and mother in law is using, but I realized that the SDK does not support Versa 4. When will an SDK be available for Versa 4. Both have been using a custom clockface I developed for them and they want to keep using that clockface. If an SDK that supports Versa 4 will not be available, I think I will get a refund.

Thanks, very disappointing, Fitbit will be loosing 5 Versa 4 sales, its a small number but this would add up.

Hi @fibby - note also the Versa 4 and Sense 2 don't support apps even if there was an SDK.
As Fitbit Studio has been fully removed it might have been to make way for something new but it's not happened.
What now remains for developers on the older watches is pitiful, so best not to develop anything anyway.

@fibby It's possible to run 3rd party apps / clockfaces on the Versa 4 with the latest release candidate packages (@fitbit/sdk ~6.2.0-pre.1 and @fitbit/sdk-cli ~1.8.0-pre.10).
I'm currently running the Spotify HR app on my Versa 4 (https://github.com/cmengler/fitbit-spotify-hr-versa4) -- any of the OSS apps from https://github.com/Fitbit/ossapps that support SDK 5/6 should run too.
