Will user's authorization status share with different platform(iOS, Android) under same client ID?

I am working on a healthcare app which will use Fitbit SDK. This app will run on iOS, Android and web server. For test, I use my Fitbit account to authorize in three platforms but under same client_id. I am wondering if the authorizaiton status share with three platforms or separate? 

When I log in my Fitbit accout and check "Applications" in settings, I can only see one application.
