Will future API releases allow the retrieval of the User Setting - Custom Max Heart Rate that is set in the fitbit mobile app?

I can't see this in our Web API either. You should submit a feature request using the SDK label. https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Feature-Suggestions/idb-p/features
