It seems the #Made4FitBit App Challenge is restricted to American residents only. Or, can developers be non-residents who have the prize shipped to a valid American address? Is there any way for international developers to participate in this, or other future challenges?

It was a bit of a tease. Got super excited by the extension email, then dejected when I visited the website for further clarification. (Sad Canadian developer here.)
