Accidentally revoked access to my PC and cannot restore it

I was trying to clean up my devices list and thought that the old dated windows permission was for a laptop I no longer use.  So I revoked access.  And revoked access to this PC, which I use quite often to work my Fitbit.

How do I restore access?

I tried logging in but got "access denied" message.

@BunnyHop   Fitbit deactivated both Fitbit Connect and the Windows 10 app a few years ago.  It also deactivated the web dashboard.

You can’t restore access.
