I recently switched from a Charge 5 to a Sense 2. As soon as I made the change I was no longer getting Active Minutes during my daily activity. On the Charge 5 I was averaging about 20 minutes a day. Thanks for any help in advance.

Sense 2 as well as Charge 5 measure (Active) Zone Minutes instead of Active Minutes. See What are Active Zone Minutes or active minutes on my Fitbit device?   I think the Charge 3 was the last Charge series device to measure Active Minutes.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

This seems like a matter of semantics and is not helpful. Active Minutes vs zone minutes whatever they call it I was getting 20+ on the Charge 5 and I now get 0 on the Sense 2.
