Add CD Breathe Clockface to my Sense 2

My now defunct Sense 2 had a 'CD Breathe' Clockface which I really liked as it displayed hourly steps and battery %. It was developed by Fitbit team. Any ideas how I can access it for my new Sense 2? I don't mind paying for it? Any ideas?

@richardmcq  CD Breathe is a third party clock face, not a Fitbit clock face.  I have it on my Sense 2 and like it for the same reasons.  Where are you located?  Fitbit/Google removed all third party clock faces and apps from the EEA/UK several months ago.
