Hi @Kjlefe - this can happen if the OS is corrupted and a restart doesn't fix it, a factory reset will normally be required.
However if you have installed the new V4 Fitbit App you won't be able to reinstall it after a factory reset with an Android phone, so use your phone alarm instead. If you try the watch may be unusable.
Instead you can use MacroDroid to send you a notification from the phone [if it is syncing and in range] when an alarm triggers and the Alarm app comes in focus.
