Do you have to hit the button on the side of the Sense 2 to activate Alexa? Is there really no "always on" feature like there is on the Pixel Watch 2 (granted that uses Google assistant). It's inconvenient to hit the button all the time. What if you're driving?

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @LSQ!
As mentioned here, you indeed have to open the Alexa app on your Fitbit device to interact with the Alexa voice assistant:

I hope that gets updated to work like the Pixel Watch 2 does with the Assistant. That watch is much more convenient with being able to just talk to your watch. I've been able to just talk to my watch with my hands busy, and it was fantastic. It's a complete game changer. It's the same for calls. Since the Sense 2 watch has that capability with talk and respond, hopefully we will see an "always on" update option for the Sense 2. I love everything about this watch except that, and being unable to tweak clock face settings (i.e. having a military time showing instead of 12). My favorite clock face is only military time.
