Best AnswerNo, i have changed my phone settings back to Swedish and just changed the location in the app to united states. If I change the location to Sweden in the app again, Alexa disappears directly. But I can still have my phone settings on Swedish 🙂

Hi @Vikkz - what you can try in addition is logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the face and restart the phone.
Adding the watch afresh to the account can possibly help but if the App has lost the ability to display the Amazon Alexa tile, the logout may work better.
In addition you may need to reinstall the Fitbit App completely after a logout to get the tile back if the above don't work.

@Vikkz- it should be working in Sweden, check in the App you have location Sweden [in App settings].
You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support, they may be able to offer a better solution, or help do a factory reset which may also be required to get you to the latest firmware version.

Yes, but when I click on Alexa it looks like this:
It tells me to go to the app to complete activation
--------------
I got an email now from Fitbit. They told me that it will be a new update on the app in a few days and that should fix it. I hope so ☺️ but thank you for trying to help guy!

@Vikkz - Thanks, while this seems definitely an app issue, there don't seem to be any recent reports of it in the forums.
Check your current app version Click profile photo, Help & support and also that in the store, to know when you have received an update.
It may be related somehow to your phone model or settings. It would be useful to know which model.
Try to add a clock face from Gallery and if this fails see No internet connection - there may not be enough permissions to operate Alexa, just a guess.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Vikkz. Thank you for sharing your Alexa query.
@Guy_, thank you for your assistance on this.
@Vikkz, there's an update that will be released soon but it doesn't assure that Alexa will show up on your app after it. We can continue with the assistance if this happens.
We look forward to get you back on track.
I have received the update. Still no Alexa, my mother bought the name watch and she has the same problem. No Alexa in the app..

Thanks for getting back to us and for letting us know that you received the update @Vikkz.
I was checking your post and noticed that your phone is in Swedish and Alexa is available in Sweden in English. Could you please try changing your phone language to English? Alexa should show up.
Best AnswerI changed the location in the app from Sweden to united state and now it works. But shouldn't it work when you have Sweden as location?
