App not keeping me logged in using Sense 2

I have to log in every time I go onto the app and it never keeps me logged in. This was working fine until 2 weeks ago? Any ideas would be appreciated 😁

Thanks for letting me know your situation about the app not keeping you logged in using your Sense 2.

I was able to check in the system, you have a firmware update available in your Sense 2, please, update it.

Also, can you confirm the model and the system version of your cellphone in which you have the app installed, please? And check if you have the latest app version too.
