Sad to hear that you're having an issue with your Sense 2.
If you haven't done so already, I'd suggest trying to restart your device by holding it's button for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo on it's display. If that won't work for you, please check if changing your device's clock face will get it back to normal working order.
