I see an update for sense2 available on the app in my phone but the it's just not syncing anymore. Have tried resetting both phone and watch multiple times now but still not working.
Any ideas ?

I am having the same issue.....followed the directions and it worked for a few hours and doesn't again.

Finally, try to change the clock face as explained here : How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
(Please verify that the chosen one is performed by Fitbit).

After following all of these steps I am still not able to get my Fitbit to sync.

my fitbit sense 2 also seems to have a similar issue - my mobile in my app will not syncing. I keep pressing the button, but i keep getting this exclamation icon - the only thing i can do, is totally reboot the mobile. Then it will sync, but dont really want to do this every other hour? Driving me crazey......

I'm having the same issue. I've done two exercises on my Fitbit since Sunday, and both times it will then not sync to the app. I tried deleting the app, removing the device from the app, resetting it. I had to do a factory reset to get it to work (and lost a day's worth of data). It's happened again now where it is not syncing after an exercise. I've tried all the above recommendations.
