Hi, @Bobthekiller , you will need first to pair your Sense 2 with your phone, and set up notifications, which hopefully you have already done, but if not please see this help article on how to set up notifications on your Fitbit.

To set up your Sense 2 to answer or reject calls please see this section (pages 37 and 38) of the Sense 2 manual, and follow the instructions there.

Even though the Sense 2 has a built in microphone, it does not have a dialer and therefore it does not appear that making outgoing calls on the Sense 2 is possible.  You may be able to use the voice assistant on your Sense 2 to do that, but the call will be made from your phone and not from the watch.

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android

Hi @Bobthekiller - one of the problems with the new V4 Fitbit App is it loses connection with the watch. A restart of bot may resolve this, also see

How do I take on-wrist phone calls with my Fitbit smartwatch?.

Making calls is not supported on the Sense 2 or Versa 4, you need a Sense for that.
