Business clock face on Sense 2 loses minute mark

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have the Business clockface installed/selected and a colour picked. I also selected the view with the minute marks around the edges. A couple of times already (and I've only had the watch for an hour!) the minute hands disappear!

Would also be really cool if the 'steps' and 'day' displays could move dynamically to different quarter positions to avoid being obscured by the hands

Hi @Offbeatmammal - is this a Fitbit watch face? It may have a fault.

@Offbeatmammal - if you have restarted your watch and it is still a problem you can report it by chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.

found a specific trigger - the EDA scan always causes this problem.

experience with Support so far leads me to suspect that just yelling at my plants may have more change of getting bugs addressed

@Offbeatmammal  It's interesting that you found this specific trigger.  A different user started a post, possibly with a different clock face, and had a similar experience.  I thought it might be something about the user's hand position that activated the Quick Setting and turned on the Always-On Display.  I downloaded the clock face and did an EDA scan.  I had the same experience as you -- and the AOD is off in the Quick Settings.  It's the EDA scan.  I'm submitting a bug report now.

any ETA on a fix? While this isn't a showstopper, it's a daily annoyance and with the other things I've been trying to get Support to help on I'm starting to think I may give up on the device/Fitbit ... how active is development of the app (and has the Sense2 already been abandoned with the Pixel Watch focus?)
