Hi,

Is there a way to download/backup all health data collected on fitbit?

You can export your data to .csv, or .xls format.

 

You cannot download your data to a backup file you can keep locally on your phone or computer. Your data is already backed up, the same way as your gmail, or Google Disk or similar services.

Hi

 

PC --> Dashboard --> Settings --> Dataexport (here you can export to .csv + .xls) --> and there you can export all account data in a zip file.

 

But I don't know if this is only possible in the EU.

It works in the US as well.
