I have cEDA turned on and I'll receive a notification about a body response but there is never an information with it. It just says I had a body response. I don't get it. Am I missing something? It doesn't seem to notify during moments of actual stress like therapy, traffic, or fights with my husband. But it will notify me when I'm just sitting on the couch watching TV and relaxing. I want to know what's actually triggering it. Like actual usable data. Did my hr spike or was I breathing differently than normal? That's information I can use and understand. So is that information in the app and I'm just missing it?

Hello, @Leahthomas28, welcome back to the community, it is nice to see you around.
Thanks for asking about the body responses your Sense 2 gives you.
Your stress management score in the Fitbit app can help you see how your body responds to stress based on your heart rate, sleep, and activity level data. You can also reflect on how stressed you are to see connections between how you feel and your score.
Yes, it can mean your HR spiked up and this also takes into consideration your breathing.
I invite you to click here to know more about this.
