Hello,

I am trying to setup the ECG feature on my Sense 2. I have an iPhone 13 with iOS 17.3.

when I click on ecg on my watch it says to open app on phone, the phone offers a notification to tap and open setup. Fitbit app has a Get Started button to hit which then opens a blank screen. Nothing else opens. 

Any suggestions on what to do?

Hello and welcome back, @helenp_98.

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to your ECG app on your Sense 2.

I was able to check that everything looks ok in our system's end, my best recommendation would be for you to uninstall the CG app and install it once again, restart your Sense 2 and try to set it up, please.

Also, make you sure to have your Fitbit app updated.
