Can't add new locations (Other cities)

I went into the weather app to add cities.  I type one in and it starts to sync.  It just keeps spinning.  I don't get a list of locations.

Hi @sparkles4 - first sync the watch till it's complete in the Fitbit App . Then logout and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it then restart the phone.

Login again and wait for any pair, link or fixit prompts - then try again.

If this does not work try again with Bluetooth turned off.

If it still doesn't work there could be a phone issue such as shown in No internet connection , even though the phone is connected, it may need a more direct access.

If I typed in cities in add city in the weather app, It wasn't sycing.  I was able to solve the issue by logging out of the Fitbit app and logging back in.

I logged out of the Fitbit app and logged back in and I was able to add cities to the weather app.
