Even though it says I have ekg app on the sense, I cannot find it on watch to activate and do an ekg.  Spent almost an hour on phone with support and no solution.  Ideas?

You posted this in the Sense 2 section, but said you have the Sense.  If you do really have the Sense, not the Sense 2, that is the problem.

If you do have the Sense 2, did you just get it in the last few days?  If so, you might have to wait a few days to get it added via a firmware update. 

If neither of above explain it, from home screen, short left button press should take you to Apps, then scrolling down through Apps should take you to ECG, as I expect support has stepped you through.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I do have the sense 2. The app was showing but when selected wouldn’t do anything. Suddenly this evening it started working 🤷🏼‍:female_sign:. And yes I just got this one a few days ago to replace one that had quit charging.
