Sense 2 is linked to my Android, will not receive texts or emails. I've followed suggested steps including unlinking and relinking phone. And why does support not exist????

Hi @Frenche - did you try just pulling down on the watch face and turn off all icons?
If the watch is in sleep or do not disturb mode you won't receive notifications.
You can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
