Cannot receive app notifications on Sense 2

I have the same problem. The apps I can get notifications for on my Sense 2 are very limited. So far I'm very disappointed with the purchase 😞

Welcome to the Community, @Gab.123.

 

I've moved your post to the Sense 2 board so we can keep the forums organized. Thank for sharing your thoughts about your watch, and I'm sorry for the issues you've experienced. To investigate on my end, may I know the name of the app you want to receive notifications from? Also, what is the model and OS version of your phone?

 

In the meantime, let's try the following:

  1. Forget your Sense 2 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  4. Then, on the Fitbit app tap your profile picture > Sense 2 > Notifications.
  5. Tap App Notifications and choose the apps you want notifications from. Please note you need to receive a notification from the app first in order to see it in the list.
