Cannot set up irregular rhythm notifications on Sense 2

Just purchased Sense 2.

Can not set up Irregular Rhythm Notifications in fitbit mobile application.

When in “Allow irregular rhythm notifications to use your data?” screen, “I AGREE” button does not work.

There is the message above the button to scroll down to continue, but that does not work either.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Welcome to the Community, @SEN2USR@LZeeW Thanks for your help.

@SEN2USR Thanks for your efforts while working on this matter. This is odd and just to confirm, may I know if you're located in a country that supports this feature? To verify this, click here and check the list for irregular heart rhythm notifications.

Additionally, please give a try to the following:

  1. Forget your Sense 2 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Log out from your account and force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  5. From the Discover tab, tap Assessments & Reports > tap the Irregular Rhythm Notifications tile.
  6. Tap Set Up Now, and follow the on-screen instructions.

Hello @SEN2USR and welcome to the Community.  It’s been a while since I set up this feature.  If your I Agree box is grey, then swipe up on the text until the box changes color.  I think it turns green.

 I hope this helps.

Hi LZeeW,

I already tried it before joining the forum. I actually mentioned it in my post: “There is the message above the button to scroll down to continue, but that does not work”.

Cheers

Hi LizzyFitbit,

Yes, I do live in the country that supports ECG feature.
I have logged out and reinstalled the application. The scroll started working.

Thank you
