Changed Sense 2 clock face but data won't show

Als ik een nieuwe uitvoering van  klok wil gebruiken waar mijn hartslag, stappen en zuurstof saturatie opstaan, wil deze niks registreren.

Ik ben hartpatiënt en vind dit zeer makkelijk voor mij. Hoe komt dit ?

If I want to use a new version of the clock that shows my heart rate, steps and oxygen saturation, it won't register anything. I am a heart patient and find this very easy for me. How come?

Hi @Khaylo - this is the English forum - you may not be able to rely on this watch for intensive heart monitoring as it's heart rate system only really works brst at rest.

@Khaylo- the clock face may have a bug. Try a restart How do I restart my Fitbit device? 

You can change the clock face if necessary in the Fitbit App Gallery tile. First make another clock face the active one before you can remove the current one, if you want to. How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
