Charging issues with Sense 2

I bought my device less than a year ago. 

The lower gold plated charging contact came off about a month ago and I have since not been able to charge and use my device. 

 

I need advice on how to fix the charging contact and start enjoying the the benefits of my watch again, please

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the charging situation with the Sense 2.

Can you let me know how did the gold plate went off? And if possible, send a picture, please.

Hi there,  

Thanks for your response. 

I'm finding it difficult to attach a photo of the broken device as the picture size is more than the maximum 3mb. 

The gold plated charging contact came off as I noticed when I took my phone off for charging. Thankfully,  I didn't lose the charging contact.
