My watch is three minutes behind. It also won’t update my info to the app. I rebooted the watch several times. Shutdown my phone- took off Bluetooth and put it back on. I don’t want to delete the app. Any other thoughts?

Hi @Mmmo Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Allow me to help you sync the time on you Sense 2.

I appreciate you have tried some troubleshooting prior to contacting us. Issues regarding incorrect time are usually solved by adjusting timezone on you App settings:

- From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the settings icon .
- In the App Settings section, tap Date, time & units.
- Tap Time Zone.
- Turn off the Set Automatically option and choose the correct time zone.
- Sync your Fitbit device.
- If the time is still incorrect, log out of the Fitbit app, and then log back in before syncing again.

You may choose not to uninstall the app. Instead, you could try to update it.

  1. Open the App Store app.
  2. Tap your profile picture.
  3. Scroll down to check if an update is available for the Fitbit app (under Available updates or Upcoming automatic updates).
  4. Tap Update.

If your apps update automatically, check Updated recently to know if the Fitbit app was updated recently.

I hope this tips will be helpful for you !
