Why is the ECG app not working in UK? I’m having no assign Fitbit. I’ve tried for 7 month so far in chasing them for help when it stopped working on my charge 5 for no reason. I have now purchased a new Sense 2 for a family member (did try discourage them since Fitbit customer service not existent) & it doesn’t work from them either! Based in UK, over 22. No excuse why won’t work. Click install & it just won’t. Says not available in device or in UK. It is available in UK & on the devices as per the shop & as per the website. Fitbit giving now help. Tried uninstalling etc, tried everything. Help please! If anyone from Fitbit or Google reading please help & improve your customer service!

Funnily enough after 9 months of being ignored my Fitbit it randomly appeared on my Fitbit for around half hr then it disappeared again! This is the error message. It is compatible with the device & it is compatible with the country (UK). Same error with Charge 5 & Sense 2. Seems to be a software problem Fitbits end? Yet not being fixed. Loads on line saying they came but Fitbit advise nobody has issues & they don’t know what to advise other than ask.. are you in the UK?
If you can get to the install screen to click Install, select to allow all permissions but won’t install. Same issue on charge 5 & brand new Sense 2. Currys are thinking the same that it’s a software issue?
Fitbit is great when it’s working, just need it working!
Tried all the troubleshooting of reinstall, force close, resync etc.
please help!
